Our schedule is flexible, and we have better benefits package than the others.

Cons

Surely, the ones who can say good things here are the ones favored by the management and CEO. Coz our point of view is different, and the way we are treated is different. They are not that nice as they say, and as supportive as they say. They don't do anything for us at all actually. The employees are being pitted against each other and so the air of competition is so high in the workplace. And it is not a very healthy one.

The health benefits is provided by the company is good.

Cons

The company still makes us use outdated machinery. Most of them already require impractical levels of maintenance due to being old. This also makes it harder for us employees to work more efficiently and safer. Management needs to step up it's game.

Cons

Most resources here are outdated. It's obvious that management does not care about the employees. they don't even provide adequate compensation and benefits. They take no effort in investing and guiding the employees and the company.
