      Pros

      Profiles was the recruiter for the position I applied to. I found their website through glassdoor and saw that they had multiple positions posted. They contacted me for one of their posted positions after I applied online. They worked with me throughout the entire interview process and were extremely helpful. I ended up getting the job and I am very happy with my new position. My recruiter has continued to contact me to check on me and see how I am liking the position. I sincerely suggest working with profiles as they are a great company and their staff are very personable and helpful!

      The best thing is the work.enviornment plus the incentives and daiky targets which i can achieve easily

      Sometimes the cases are very hard difficult to understand the exact problem.so at that point our seniors help a lot

      Pros

      The atmosphere is wonderful here! I been with Profiles for years in the past and enjoyed every assignment and the pay was good as well.

      Cons

      At times, the break between assignments could be very long!
