Pros
I joined Profiles over a year ago and I don't have one bad thing to say about my experience. The team is small but with that, we're like a family. Everyone is honest, hard-working and supportive of one another. Success for one means success for all and it is far from being a dog-eat-dog environment.
Additionally, the team is truly dedicated to working hard for the clients AND talent/candidates. Profiles strives to place talent where not only the talent will thrive and succeed but also the client. The Profiles family doesn't just exist within the Profiles organization and internal employees, it extends to the clients and candidates too.
Management is receptive and responsive to it the Profiles team members and everyone is given equal opportunity to grow and succeed.
Cons
The building could use security features considering the downtown area in Baltimore.
