Pros

1. The people at the same level were always companions and were always so intelligent. I wouldnt have wanted to be here with any other group of people - they made the place survivable. 2. When I got hired, the pay was good for the industry.

Cons

1. Management was not only unsupportive of any struggles the team faced as a whole, but was also unwilling to learn our day to day activities, or even the essentials of the program that their team was supporting. 2. High management turnover is present as well - I had 4 managers in the last year of my time with the company. 3. New standard metrics and SOPs were introduced with new management, and were not based on actual historical client interactions or historical data to improve on bit by bit, or support industry standards per client per support member. They were created based on call center standards rather than tech support standards. This severely impacted team morale, and the metrics of the entire team. Upon bringing this up several times to my supervisor and their supervisor, I was told to just "make the numbers happen". 4. Little/No upward mobility. Despite being an expert in multiple SaaS products that ProfitSolv offered, and having nothing but glowing client reviews regarding training and making intricacies of the programs easier to learn and digest, I was not permitted to move into a customer success or onboarding role, even when the role was available, and instead the role was given to someone from another internal business unit who had to learn the program fresh before being able to perform the job. 5. Role titles were even changed from "Technical Support Specialist" to "Client Support Specialist" so the company could justify stagnant wages.

Thank you for taking the time to share such candid and thoughtful feedback. I’m sorry your experience left you feeling unsupported and unheard, especially given the level of expertise and commitment you clearly brought to your role. We are working toward optimizing reporting structures, creating clearer career paths for employees, and reassessing support metrics so they reflect the realities of SaaS and technical support.  This work is ongoing, and feedback like yours is an important part of holding ourselves accountable. I appreciate the respect you showed for your peers and the pride you took in your work. While I regret you did not have the experience we are striving for, I’m grateful you shared it so we can continue to improve. Wishing you success in what’s next. Respectfully, Finesse Blumenthal Chief People Officer

Pros

Good benefits and base pay. Remote work

Cons

This a private equity company that bought multiple software companies in the legal space. The market is very saturated and they cannot complete with the competition. The SDR team comes in at less than 50% at appointment setting. They have been trying to sell the company since January (see the press releases). Management panics and starts implementing crazy quota requirements (50% jump in one month) with no statistics to back it up. They do this to either get rid of people or to inflate their numbers. People lie about their logos to make quotas and then there is a big discrepancy later but there are no consequences for doing that.
