Pros
I learned a lot during my time with Profound Strategy and worked with some incredibly smart and genuinely nice people. They truly care about your needs and goals, and they do their best to make sure you have what you need to do your job well. Being a small company was a benefit in a lot of ways. I think because they're so tightly knit, they're better able to make sure you feel engaged and like you're a valued member of the team. Profound Strategy is a growing company with an impressive list of clients.
Cons
Benefits could be better, but they're what would be expected of a small company. Proprietary software caused some workflow disruptions, but it's a work in progress with a lot of promise. Advancement opportunities may be a bit ambiguous, but at the same time, you have the opportunity to carve your own path, and the company is growing rapidly.
