      Pros

      Small company but well organized and very people-focused. They definitely take care of their own. Employees have opportunities to grow and professional development is encouraged and supported.

      Cons

      As with any agency, a lot depends on the clients. Sometimes the client load can be intense, but that’s the nature of agency work and nothing particular to PS.

      Pros

      Profound is a mature company that is well organized and run. Their leadership from the top down is filled with caring, genuine people. Their services team is doing fantastic work with industry-leading results, and their engineering team is in the early stages of building something of great importance. I'm really excited to see what this team can accomplish in the coming years.

      Cons

      I'd like to see them integrate bonuses into their compensation packages, but I believe this will be coming soon. Otherwise, not much to say here.

      Pros

      Everything is amazing at this firm. Process is clearly defined and everyone is always willing to help where needed.

      Cons

      Nothing I can really think of TBH - Lack of actual team building events but I mean it has been a pandemic for the past 2 years so it's not like that was by choice ;)
