Pros

- potential to be part of a supportive team - great place to get experience with dually diagnosed clinical populations before grad school - helps you see the clinical needs of homeless and high-risk populations - the shift breakdowns for us we're only 3.5 workdays per week

Cons

- can be very stressful - dysfunctional leadership - demanding role for low pay - work and setting caused most staff burnout and vicarious trauma - overnight shifts are killer - plenty of daily documentation
