Pros

They always need people to cover a shift. You can choose your own hours. Staff and Managers are friendly. You have options to choose the location you work (in the county you're employed in).

Cons

Always need people, you will be called often. Clients are intimidating sometimes , but you will be trained on how to de-escalate situations.

Pros

- Crazy good benefits and PTO - Impactful work with a vulnerable population -Great Coworkers - Unionized

Cons

- All staff have to work at least one overnight a week which can be a pretty painful experience if you aren't ready for it. - Not the highest salary
