Pros

Work in mental health field in downtown SF.

Cons

Central management exploitative, forcing directors to work unreasonable hours and take their work home with them. Cliques of underqualified power tripping two-faced upper management speak poorly of lower employees behind their back. There is an open resentment by the CEO towards the educated professional of the mental health field.

Pros

- Lots of vacation - Good health insurance options - Great coworkers

Cons

- Upper management is shady shady shady - Sexual harassment allegations are swept under the rug, the accused gets transferred or promoted while the accuser is pushed out - Shady financial practices mean the company is in pretty big trouble financially, which means counselors and middle management don't get raises or cost-of-living increases, while upper management still gets paid a disgusting amount - Racist practices are baked into the hierarchy of this org, black leaders with excellent credentials get pushed out while white men with no credentials are promoted - ADA accommodations are refused even when reasonable - Required overnight shift every week - Upper management out of touch with current issues - Upper management and clinical directors have no clinical training or licensing and openly hate education
