Pros

Flexible hours, most full-time counselors are cool

Cons

Clients deserve way better. We basically set them up for failure.

Pros

Actual day to day work is physically and mentally easy Union Flexible schedule

Cons

Dismal training (one program to the next has different ideas about how the work should be done, which would be fine normally but I was left questioning their competency at several points as it appeared more like they didn't actually know what it was they should be doing). Racial makeup of admin is not representative of the diversity of the clients or the city in general (way too many white people in higher positions)
