The employees that work offsite(programs) are passionate about the cause.

What happened to this place? There is such a bad relationship between the admin office employees and the employees that work offsite. From Human Resources, Payroll, and "executives" at this place. NOBODY in that office cares about the mission statement, ESP the HR/Payroll Sup. You make a mistake on your end in regards to time entry he wont let you hear the last of it. We are a team and work together, mistakes happen. You make a mistake and he wont get over it until you admit you're wrong and get on your knees and beg for forgiveness.

Started as a relief counselor and quickly landed a position as a regular counselor at an Acute Diversion program. Something new everyday.

Cons

Seems to be a bit disorganized at the home office location.
