Pros

$19 to $23 hourly for full time counselors. Living in San Francisco it helps

Cons

Lazy gossipy Co workers get everywhere because they kiss management's rear ends. No true sense of principle in the companies mission statement. union is in bed with central office. Many secretly biased people of Anglo Saxon heritage whom backgrounds who don't identify with people of color nor perspective and marginalize people and don't realize they are part of the health disparities and gentrification sf and don't have clinical backgrounds and act pretentious and are so called progressive.

Pros

If you want to help people, you've come to the right place! Progress Foundation's clients are a hugely diverse group but they need all the support you can provide as a counselor and then some.

Cons

Some of the management at the facilities are obviously more interested in kissing up to the central office and collecting a paycheck than they are in good client outcomes.
