Good for fresh and junior only

Cons

They have an issue keeping expeirnced employees due to cost/salary. Share holders will treat you badly. It is full of fresh for cheap labor and share holders only. Employees are being replaced by programmers in Nepal office. No respect for people with expeirnce. Love people who will stay all night in the office.
