* They have an induction program, they teach you all there is to know about java SE/EE to get you started. * Many projects to contibute, lead my distinguished engineers. * Agile, TDD, XP, Pair Programming, Clean Code.

* Relatively little promotions. * Same level devs don't take the same salary. * Strict In/Out time policy. * Micro management from HR.
