- Little to no supervision hours /No support from upper management - Seems like the company only cares about making money and not the development of the clients - Company bills the client's insurance for materials needed for session, but does not actually purchase anything. Parents are expected to buy their own supplies resulting in fraudulent billing. - Parent training approach is basically non existent - No appreciation or motivation for the therapists - Whole operation seems kind of sketchy, only work here if you want to just do the bear minimum and get a paycheck
