      Flexible scheduling, but too much unethical nonsense within the company

      - Flexible scheduling - Spacious clinic

      Cons

      - Inconsistent hours - Constant miscommunication among management - Lack of consistent/efficient supervision for new therapists - Unethical procedures - Old and broken toys for clients - Consistently broken cleaning materials (vacuum, etc.)

We have added more layers to our team structure to improve.
