Pros

Pay is okay Gainshare bonus is always a nice benefit

Cons

-Too much workload -Expected to work weekends when you are behind but you are always behind because you receive 12 -16 claims a day - management waits till end of day to respond to messages and will correct your work right at the time you are about to walk out the door - says there are lots of opportunities but requires 1 year minimum in each role before moving to the next

Pros

Usually, a profit-sharing check is issued each year to every associate that has been with the company for a period of time before the cutoff date.

Cons

1. Work expectations are that you will be salaried but will have to work many hours regularly over your shift to keep your head above water and to be rated above. The majority of front-line employees never see cost of living increases more and 2%, so you are always working for less for each year. 2. Left hand /right hand practices, tout diversity and promote - but salaries granted are grossly different between those promoted.
