Pros
They have a very inclusive culture and environment. That is the main draw of working here. They also have a very organized claims department.
Cons
They base their salaries on the bare minimum for the position. Your potential gainshare payout is factored into your salary. Unfortunately gainshare can fluctuate, therefore so can your yearly salary. Being able to handle the work load while going through medical issue can be a problem. There is not much support on that front. Different managers have different standards that can be confusing.
