Pros

Great pay and benefits, option to work remotely

Cons

This company practices unethical licensing for its adjusters, insisting on requiring ALL adjusters to get a non resident license through the state of FL, even if their home state offers a license. My state insurance department told me this could get me in legal trouble if I didn’t first get my homestate license where I live. Progressive then fired me for insisting on doing it legally

Pros

Progressive is supportive in training and development. Helped me get my license and provided support. I enjoyed taking a break from work from home to go in the office.

Cons

Work on holidays is a con and the work load can stack up at times.
