A lot required for minimum pay They preach about the opportunities available to move up and promotions from within but make any actual advancements near impossible

Cons

The workload is unrealistic to the point it is destroying people’s mental health. Many people take a leave of absence because of the stress. We get micromanaged and monitored for every little thing. We are expected to do more than what the job entails. I guess we are suppose to be happy because Progressive made $75 billion. The pay is low and the workload is too much.
