Where do I start? Overworked, Underpaid. Benefits are Sub Par, charging a working spouse and Non Vaxed Fee, Stress is now the norm. Many are now on some sort of leave, meds, etc. Metrics is the CRM world are unsustainable, for the most part. The part of the company that keeps it going is treated the worst, filling upper level pockets. This company brags about its keys to progress program, but did not issue communication on the events overseas, but chooses to follow same path as big corp America, definitly followers and not leaders. The Progressive I once knew is no longer a company I fit in with.

The work load is outrageous. They train you for 2 weeks then your off to the races. Yes, you are mentored and looked over and have help by management. They are not kidding for being the most stressful job in insurance. Very overwhelming most days.
