Pros

none that i can think of

Cons

toxic environment, do not back up their employees or provide adequate training. internal departments are not aligned with each other which creates a horrible experience for employees and customers. progressive take no steps to change internal processes that are clearly inadequate. zero consistency between departments or different supervisors in the same departments. employee standards vary from supervisor to supervisor. nothing is consistent with this company. they force to you change and accept schedule that do not align with your personal life. you are forced to only transfer to certain departments and will tell you to quit if you don’t like it.

Pros

Supportive company with lots of high quality leaders and co-workers. Los if valuable resources to lean on and a high standard in culture. Benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Work becomes insurmountable at times. Claim volume was at an unbelievable level for over a year, allowing no time for catching breath or relaxing for a moment. Even when PTO gets used, you come back to mess that was piling up while you’re away. It was very difficult to disconnect from work because of how stressed and overloaded I was for an extended time. You can work OT and you have to frequently to keep up, but you don’t get paid for working OT.

Pros

Great company as far as pay, benefits, and work from home. Employees are nice, they try to keep morale high, and make it easy to reach out to coworkers for aditional help if needed.

Cons

The amount of claims work you get is unbearable. You need to work 6-7 days a week (of course unpaid) just to have a chance at keeping up. There is little to no work/life balance with the amount of claims you get per day. Youre almost expected to just work late (and for no pay) just to keep up. Youre praised if you work 50+ hours a week to stay on top of your work but it ultimately becomes unbearable, the customers are terrible, and the job become insanely stressful after a few months of a decent amount of claims each day... just not worth it to me. If you want work/life balance, look elsewhere. If you dont mind working a ton of horus per work (for free, no OT) then have at it. Also it makes taking PTO alost impossbile. no one covers for you while you are out some when you come back you will come back to an unprecedented amount of work to catch up on and customers are usually mad.
