Pros

It starts out fantastic. Friendly coworkers/ employees. Good benefits. GAINSHARE! Some managers are actually amazing.

Cons

Go on and try to promote. Good luck! You'll interview for the same role over and over and over and nooo its not just me.... This is part of the hiring culture. They already know who they are going to give the position to most of the time. There is a TON of nepotism and favoritism. There are some very very good managers (which is what makes the company worth while) however since there is a lot of internal hiring, you can easily get stuck with a new manager/ supervisor who happend to get that position because they were good at interviewing ( STAR is HUUUGE at this company) and were decent at their job but who have absolutely no business managing people. If you get a great manager, you'll probably stay for a long time. If not, you'll be running out the door as soon as you realize it.

Pros

Not much, vacation days aren’t great. You only get 3 holidays off. Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving. You have to request the other ones off and they may be denied. The only thing they have going for them is their D&I initiatives, but you won’t even have time in your day to participate in any of the activities.

Cons

Almost everything. They get you in under false pretenses. Management doesn’t really care that their employees are struggling with their workload. They turn it around and tell you it’s your fault. BUT if everyone is struggling with workload management, then clearly the issue is with the workload and not the employees. Salary offers can seem great at first but you’ll be working 60-80 hours a week so if you do the numbers, you’re really getting paid minimum wage. I work I could give a -0 star
