Pros
Good pay in the last days.
Cons
-they only promote what's culturally relevant. They only recognize Juneteenth one year when they were under the hot box. -very discriminative against blacks they have a hierarchy set up in the "Jewish"over blacks ranking. -they promote people that are not qualified to work over people that are qualified. -you're basically a paid liar because they lie a lot to protect their company against the things they throwing behind the scenes -poorly trained reps are being put on the phone because they won't take the time to really train them. -they have data breaches from these poorly rep but don't want to have any consequences to people giving out your driver's license numbers and things. -they internally read their system to charge people more money for instance when you select 5 years or more the system internally switches it back to less than one month for length of ownership. -they promote devilish things like the gay agenda. -they keep supervisors on they go tell you things like go get food stamps to blacks -they refuse to record meetings because they don't want to be held liable for things they say to you -they say one thing to you and then report another because they don't record the meetings. -there is no safe place because HR and the hierarchy supervisors get a vendetta and they go after you like a mob -people constantly quit or get fired and send out mass emails with feedback to the company and nothing gets addressed with their culture -You don't get any credit for ideas that you give to the hierarchy and the company -they only promote who they like and you have to do strategic moves to get other places in the company -I was ashamed to get homeowners insurance with them from terrible experiences and I worked there, that's like the employees not eating at the restaurant they work at by the way. -they brainwashed the employees for instance the people that work at home site think that that's a separate company from progressive and progressive owns that company too. -there's only two men to every 10 to 12 women but men get promoted first especially if their Caucasian. -they participate in the "black tax" -they are definitely internally a racist company trying to put on a face like they're not. - they hired teletech to do customer service for them that just say enough one of the worst companies in the customer service industry.
