Pros
Some of the kindest people will be your coworkers. We're all trauma bonded together. Management seems to try to build up the team.
Cons
Initially you are hourly in Onboarding then Salary but will need to do unpaid overtime to "tread water" unless you just make decisions and move on. "On-call" style time is mandatory during part of the day called "Available" and requires you to act as a customer service rep while still doing your own job.
