Being yelled at constantly by the general public and you take over flow calls from the customer service call center with zero training on that role

Have to meet a certain metrics which is sometimes hard. If you don’t you won’t move up in the company and will stay at the same rate for years. It can get really stressful if you’re not hitting metrics. Was not told we would have to up sale in the customer service role
