      Ok Pay - Extreme Burnout at Times

      Pros

      Definitely pays better than other Customer Service type jobs. Almost everyone is remote so added savings of not having to commute every day. 6% matching 401k, company pays a very good chunk of health insurance premium cost per paycheck, bonus check if company did well overall towards the end of the year.

      Cons

      When it's busy, ITS BUSY! Extreme burnout at times. While they only hire about 2% of applicants, there is a reason they are constantly hiring.

      Working remote is the best thing and the benefits.

      Cons

      Management(unless you get a great manager), pay is stiff, no doctor notes accepted, integrity issues with the company, EVERYTHING is at their discretion.
