Pros
Even working remotely, Progressive does an amazing job of connecting with their employees and creating a healthy work culture. I really enjoyed everyone I worked with and managers were always supportive and helpful. The job is fun! I loved investigating claims and keeping things organized. Employee benefits are great and really do set people up for success in their lives at work as well as outside of it.
Cons
The workload is really overwhelming. Even though you are scheduled for a 40 hour work week, expect to work 60 hours to keep up with the demands. It is a very emotionally taxing job.
