Great place for junior developer

Pros

Progressive was an amazing place to start my journey into software engineering. I was supported by my teammates and managers, and was paired with a senior developer for mentored me for the first six months and beyond during my time there. There were also solid training resources and classes offered by the internal IT university which were very helpful.

Cons

The salary is lower than average market, and this is the only reason I decided to pursue another opportunity.

*Great Benefits *Good Pay *Gainshare Bonus *Work from Home *Amazing company to get experience and move on. They pay for you to get licensed and will train you for the test!

Cons

*No Sick time *Poor Management System *Most days you will get 0 time between calls unless you’re on a break *No Bathroom Breaks *NO COMMISSION. Non commission seems great until you calculate you’d be making near 1.5 your annual salary with another company. (Gainshare is not enough maybe an extra 1-2 thousand) *Limited growth opportunities even if you show interest
