Pros

Able to make decisions on solutions, willing to listen to ideas. I'd go back if salary was adjusted to market.

Cons

Salary bands need to be adjusted for similar careers. Gainshare is awesome, but when you get nicked due to poor home insurance accquisitions, it's like the jelly of the month club. People depend on a reasonable gainshare, and fortunately it pays handsomely. But when it doesn't. Stop holding people back from higher range jobs. People who are doing "consultant" level work s/b easily promoted from a Lead level. It's not knighthood...

Pros

- Good base pay - Profit sharing - Opportunity to move up within the company - Middle management

Cons

- Workload is very heavy - Training - Strict Metrics * You will not succeed in this role unless you learn how to prioritize and manage your time well. This job has a high volume of claims and requires you to have experience with claims handling to be successful. Don't apply if you can't handle pressure to learn while on the job and handle multiple claims per day.

Pros

PTO was easy to get. Many resources for employees. Very transparent company. Pay is fair mostly. Bonus at the end of the year and beginning of the new year.

Cons

It is hard to switch departments and they sometimes micromanage phone calls. Raises are insignificant.
