Variation between teams - some are great, some are terrible, toxic positivity is fairly common, not a lot of career advancement or growth opportunities unless you’re one of the “chosen” few, can be cliquey, seems like they say they promote long term flexibility but it’s hard to believe what’s said now vs what may happen in the future, seems like they reward staying quiet not making waves, which can have negative impacts long term, but they say they want people to speak up, there’s a disconnect somewhere in that whole mix.

Fake people in training, dishonest recruitment process. They don't tell you that your going to work 50 or 60 hours a week on salary. The virtual training is a joke. If you need help it's hard to get. The trainer was extremely rude to me and totally unprofessional. The lap top they gave me kicked me off wifi many times in a day. You won't get the support you need. Im over 30 years old and a tenured employee in cooperate America and I've never seen such an unprofessional company.
