Pay, Benefits, Amount of PTO that accrues, permanent work from home

Cons

Sink or Swim, disinterested management that has time to post family/vacation photos in team chats dedicated to discussing non work related topics but does not keep promises about availability to coach for success. In my tenure we are temporarily assigned other supervisors when ours is out of office and the experience is VERY different and dependent on the supervisor. Hopefully you get the right sup.
