Pros

Decent pay, and some good people and managers. Very efficient claims handling for the customer. Good initial training but you will work long hours in the first 2 years, and possibly more.

Cons

Not consistent in their pay reviews. Some ineffective managers are allowed to stay on although they cause harm to the company. Technology is not always the best or newest. Its hard to know what your objectives are because they are always muddled by a game of telephone through several managers who contradict each other.

Pros

It's a job that pays. Seems ok at first. Easy metrics to meet. Managers are great. Flexible with time off.

Cons

There is no where to go within the job at the austin location. There is pretty much one other department worth going to. If you miss the chance to get over there, you will be stuck in the same role for a year.

Pros

- Great people (at least when I was there) - good benefits - quite a bit of vacation time - profit share in the end of year

Cons

- stressful job - you're either in or you're out in growth. If you take longer than 5 years to get into management...you're out - many who make management don't last
