Pros

Co workers are nice thats about it.

Cons

Work load is horrible, you are told at time of hire what your shift is with no mention that work loads are overwhelming, not realistic and people work through their breaks and lunches making an 8 hour day turn into easily 12-14 hours. People start happy and end up burnt out and unhealthy. Managers do not assist in helping they just move your claims out weeks in advance leaving you with unhappy customers and poor service over all.

Pros

They try hard to make it as good as they can for you, but it is a call center, so same thing everyday. Success and happiness depend on who your manager is.

Cons

Direct management isn't the best, reward numbers not actual production, not much opportunity to grow unless you move to OHIO. Definitely play favorites.
