You get to work from home.

Cons

You cannot change work from home location. It is IP locked. You cannot go somewhere else and work from there without permission from a supervisor. You are heavily monitored using software and only get 5 seconds between calls before a new one comes in and it is AUTOMATICALLY answered for you.
