      Culture that fosters autonomy and the ability to independently structure your own work day. New challenges daily. This company has literally supported me through all of life's catastrophes and celebrations. They do a great job at hiring great people who are a good fit for the team.

      Cons

      This is a very stressful job even if you are comfortable with conflict and negotiation. The company sets unrealistic customer service expectations considering the nature of most customer interactions. The volume is often overwhelming and people will yell at you .
