      -Decent pay for entry level work, though not amazing -Supervisors were always available, and helpful -Work from home

      Cons

      -Had to work at least one day on the weekend -If you want to go anywhere in the company, it's almost required you start on the phones, which no one wants to do, and you have to do the job for at least a year before you can apply to something else in the company
