      Pros

      Great people; I genuinely like the people I interacted with throughout my time w/ Progressive. Benefits are good, supervisors/managers are caring/helpful -- they try to help you grow as an employee rather than constantly bombard/scare you if you're not doing the best when you start out. Lots of flexibility with scheduling.

      Cons

      I do claims reporting and sometimes it's just hectic getting back to back calls. At the end of the day you can feel so mentally exhausted. That may just be a call center thing though. I don't have anything against the company, just feel like I rather do something else.
