Pros

They’re inclusive, not just a white washed, male environment like some other places

Cons

Very high workload, expect to work overtime for free or else you will Elbe penalized for being behind. Impossible to properly complete claims within the work day. Supervisor and manager has always denied request for paid overtime, citing that we’re salary…I get paid hourly and need to be paid for the work I’m putting in.

Pros

Cons

-The workload is impossible to complete in 40 hr, you need 60 hrs -Everyone on my team would have to work on weekends just to keep up. -no overtime -metrics focused -constantly blamed for other departments' mistakes -no work-life balance -claimpro stops working all the time -rude customers -now required to go into the office 4X per month to do the same job you do from home.
