      This is an excellent place to work, an incredible mission that you see employees working behind. They work to build up their employees to be their best with plenty of employee support

      Opportunity to move laterally and move up, depending on what department you're in and what your reputation at the company is like. Good perks for those near an office, okay perks for remote employees Lots of remote work options

      Same problems surface over and over with resolutions that seem to miss the point Product and finance strategies are far behind the needle Culture is very religious based as company is from Utah VERY high turnover of senior leadership, very low trust from employees as a result
