      Great introduction to financial services if you have had a sales back group

      Cons

      Since new leadership has taken over, the focus is on quantity rather than quality. Work-life balance is nearly non existent in field. Focus is on growing investments rather than doing the right thing. Women are paid less than men, men are more likely to be given upward mobility.
