I was Lucky to Work Here

Pros

Honestly, this is the best company I have ever worked for. I never should have left. This company truly cares. They invest considerable time into their employees and understand the fact that if their staff is happy and taken care of, the same effect and positivity will trickle down to the customers. The training programs are top-notch, leadership development classes are available, and there are a lot of advancement opportunities for those wishing to move into leadership. I can't find words to express how good this company is even beyond their dedication to their staff. Their work and donations directly to the community shows their selflessness and desire to be more than just a leasing company. Each year, you are given time off, paid, to volunteer in the community. They are dedicated to DEI and truly foster an amazing culture. The benefits package is amazing, and although some salaries may be as high as other companies, it's more than made up for with the benefits and culture you get to be a part of. The product itself is great, and their motto really is to help customers who need it and may not have been able to get help otherwise. I leased a bed when I was in a pinch! The company has a few set core values, and they really do live and breathe those established values. In this day and age, I am learning more and more just how important a company culture is and how it impacts your life outside of work. This company is a breath of fresh air, and you should consider yourself lucky to work here.

Cons

At times, there's a lack of accountability, and communication could be improved in some areas. The new CEO seems much more concerned about money than the last CEO, who cared less about profits and revenue and cared more about people.

Has its pros and cons, but mostly feels phony.

Pros

Opportunity to move laterally and move up, depending on what department you're in and what your reputation at the company is like. Good perks for those near an office, okay perks for remote employees Lots of remote work options

Cons

Same problems surface over and over with resolutions that seem to miss the point Product and finance strategies are far behind the needle Culture is very religious based as company is from Utah VERY high turnover of senior leadership, very low trust from employees as a result

Pros

you get to work from home and you must be home.

Cons

Lack of support, mentorship, constantly receiving conflicting advice about how you should do your job, and contrary to what you are told during the interview process, you will never qualify for a bonus.
