Dealing with angry customers many times a day. You have to understand though. We deal with people who are behind on their pmts and have past dues on their acct. These people will yell at you and try to claim things that aren't always true. Because they don't want to pay for it. That's the toughest part of working as a CPA agent, undstanding and figuring out when customers are lying or confused about something they don't understand. Or just yelling at you because they need someone to yell at. You have to learn not to take anything personally and to be a good listener because every detail of a customers story counts.

Progressive's Compliance and Legal teams have frozen the entire company to a complete standstill. Aside from that, my direct management took months to approve any sort of decision.
