      Pros

      They are growing at 25-30% annually with a 1.5B revenue stream. That would be better than unicorn status for startups. This company really tries to make sure you feel that you are important and valued and go out of their way to make it happen.

      Cons

      They do have going pains that come with fast growth, which usually demonstrates itself in middle management. The company is taking actions to help with this, by implementing a professional grade management training program that is directed at all levels of people managers int he organization.

      Pros

      - They mean it when they say culture is important to them - Increased vacation time and holidays from the previous year - Snacks/Cereal bar/Occasional lunches to keep you going throughout the day - High growth each year. New opportunities to be promoted

      Cons

      Not a downside but be prepared to jump right in and contribute. You'll have the support you need to do well but there is not a place for people who like to just coast by.
