They care about life balance and nourishing a personal and team growth environment. When was the last time you had the CIO of your company come by your desk and ask you how you are doing? It is common to have leadership check in on people and thank you for work well done. Then there is community support. Just today a group of us were taken by bus to go serve at a homeless shelter for a couple of hours. We came back to a lunch and then resumed our opportunities to crush it in the innovation technology world.
