Pros
Other than using Slack and "/giphy" in my conversations with just about anyone, I feel wanted and needed in my position. Progressive helps to foster constant and never ending improvement for the team as well as the individual. If you have the chance to work here, you will not regret it.
Cons
Because this is a rapidly growing, multi-billion dollar company, expect things to become a bit unorganized at times! We are living in exciting times here at Progressive and have the opportunity to experience and grow through the growing pains of entering into the Enterprise world!
