      A lot of potential to succeed both individually and as an organization. Strong compensation.

      Cons

      Aging technology with modernization delayed by sales opportunities regardless of their long term value. Aggressive leadership pushing remaining staff for difficult deadlines after large reduction in force and shifting to offshore contractors. Quickly loosing the culture that made people want to give more time and effort. Not much support from leadership, just more rules and demanding goals.
