Pros

Great co-workers, free perks like snacks, coffee, soda. bonus based on performance.

Cons

Its pretty to the point, you come in and take calls. I feel like the only issue is they should be more flexible with the schedules and I feel like Team leads and Supervisors should be held to the same attendance standard as regular representatives. I feel like we should try to push promotion opportunities within the company more vs going to outside sources.
