      Progressive Leasing is a wonderful company to work for. As it continues to grow in the industry it has not lost sight of the people(employees). I am honored to be a part of such a great company!

      A Company That Truly Cares

      Pros

      The senior leadership truly cares about their employees. They consistently seek ways to improve working conditions, and their approach is always genuine and sincere. They set an incredible tone and culture, and it effectively filters down through the organization of leadership. This can be seen down through the levels of manager and supervisor.

      Cons

      There are times when the accomplishments team leads and supervisors seem to be overlooked, almost as if it is expected behavior. There are also times when it seems as though some leadership takes advantage of the "team mentality" and slacks on their duties, knowing that others will pick up the slack and nothing will happen from it.
