      Pros

      Fun, energetic work environment to work in with a big break room! They are always giving out awards, prizes and lunches to recognize us. If we help out other departments we get catered lunches! I've met some really great people here, management is easy to work with but extremely busy.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. This is the lowest I've been paid in over 10 years. Theyre understaffed a lot in every department, management having to do a lot of on the job training because you learn as you go. So if you're a fast learner you will do fine.

      Pros

      Great environment for coworkers, fun activities, relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Management never had meetings with the team, management played favorites with certain employees, QA follow up and coaching staff were never submitted on time, valid call disputes were procrastinated until after the time period allowed for disputes. Reports were never updated before next pay period.

      Pros

      The only pro working there was meeting the "original" reps and supervisors who started the center in November of 2015. Great people, young college kid type atmosphere.

      Cons

      If you voice your opinion you're considered a threat, management only hires brown noses to follow in their steps, "leasing fees" range from an 80% mark up to 100% for customers, HR is a joke, sometimes almost ridiculous stats to meet with a micro managing technique, always looking to take away your bonus if possible ( collections ).
